As part of its continuous efforts to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations, K.C. College of Engineering and Management Studies and Research organized an enlightening career-oriented session titled “The Career Elevator” on 25th February 2025. This thoughtfully curated program was designed to equip First-Year and Second-Year M.M.S. students with the tools, techniques, and mindset required to thrive in today’s competitive professional landscape.

The session was conducted by Mrs. Riddhi Kunjwani, a seasoned industry professional with rich experience in talent development, career mentoring, and employability training. With her dynamic and student-centric approach, Mrs. Kunjwani delivered an engaging and impactful session that covered key aspects of career readiness, such as:
