International Yoga Day 2021
Gender Equity Cell in association with IQAC had Organized webinar on "yoga Day" on 21st June 2021.
On this occasion our principal Dr.Vilas Nitnawre) also advised that “A healthy mind lives in a Healthy body.” He also explained philosophy of yoga in brief.
On the occasion of International Yoga Day to create awareness ofWarm up, Pranayam, Yoga and Meditation was a part of the webinar.
The Yoga Session conducted by Ms. Neha Luthia Yoga Instructor and meditation by Ms. Pratibha Kadam .During this session, the Guest-Speaker explained various asanas & meditation step by step. He also explained when & where one should perform which asanas. During his session, he also explained the advantages of various asanas. Different forms of yoga-asanas and meditation were performed. Our students also participated by giving speech on importance of yoga.
