IIT Nano Fabrication Lab VISIT

A Nano Fabrication Lab visit was arranged at IIT, Powai, Bombay by the faculties  for the students from T. E. and B.E. Electronics Department on 24th Feb. 2018. 

The center focuses on the design, fabrication and characterization of traditional CMOS nanoelectronic devices, novel material based devices (III-V compound semiconductor, spintronics, opto-electronics), micromechanical systems, Bio-MEMS, solar photovoltaics and polymer based devices..

Students visited different labs where fabrication processes like clean rooms, Oxidation, Lithography, Diffusion and Ion Implantation, Metallization, etc.
