I honestly can’t believe how difficult this casino has made it for me to self-exclude. In my experience, their “responsible gaming” policies feel completely meaningless because no one actually follows them.I first reached out through live chat, where I was told they “can’t close accounts” and that I needed to call support instead. So I called, only to be told that I needed to use live chat. When I went back to chat, they repeated again that they cannot help with self-exclusion. It felt like being stuck in an endless loop where no one takes responsibility.I’ve now sent three emails requesting self-exclusion, and I haven’t received a single reply. Not even an acknowledgement. For a company that advertises responsible gaming, my experience has been the complete opposite. I’ve tried repeatedly to follow their process and protect myself, but it feels like they’re making it as hard as possible.I’m extremely disappointed and genuinely concerned that a casino in 2025 can still handle self-exclusion this poorly. I will not be using this site again, and I strongly urge others to be cautious.EDIT: They wrote all this back, but know that I have yet to receive any email back from them after a week and my account is still fully active :)

Great websites great games

I cant say its bad casino but the true is true like you win and you make good deposit and you play with hacksaw games you playing with help and you pay more after good wining they change rtp to Zero and doesnt matter if you spin by 3 euro with help you cannot win anything because they take all your money.sad but its true... i win here almoust 600 euro but later i make good deposit like more then 600 and all games are dead no bonuses nothing.hacksaw games have to be better when you play with help and pay morew but here they cheat and change rtp!!!!
