I was getting the run around from a casino from which had made a withdrawal request. The request was approved but the payment never came. After months talking with their support I found casinomeister's player arbitration service. I opened a ticket not thinking it would help but it couldn't hurt anything. They replied 2 days later and said they were contact the casino. 3 days after that my bitcoin wallet had received the funds from my withdrawal. I was amazed and happy about the quick and positive resolution. If it wasn't for their intervention I'm sure I would still be looking for the payment. Thank you very much for the help and if anyone else has issues with online casinos open a ticket with this site and let them get what you're owed!

An important plus is that the casino operates under a license, ensuring transparent payouts with no hidden catches. Registration was quick, and verification was only required for the first withdrawal. Now, withdrawals are processed without delays, and funds arrive in my wallet within a day. There's a good collection of games, especially progressive jackpot slots and live casino options.

Tried the slot race feature out of curiosity. It started as a bit of fun, but I got surprisingly competitive towards the end. Didn’t take the top prize, but came away with some winnings and a smile.

Very good casino. Fast pay aut
