Signed up and looked forward 2 placing few bets but they restricted me to betting to different amounts ranging from 1e to 13e,what the actual duck like,i contacted them and there responce was ouh we reserve the right to do this basically, absolute joke, and could only place 1 bet on a match couldnt have different bets on the one fixture.why like? I dont bet couple of euro bets so waste of time. And no it was not no security system i contacted a lady to ask why from your customer service and it was just a case we restricted uour betting and thats that she wouldnt offer no explanation whatsoever she jist was like like it or lump it,you wernt helpfull and you attitude was disgracefull, you wouldnt even offer an explanation, even just anything wether it was nonsense or not it was just left at we can do what we want sort of attitude,so i stand my advice of someone who has gzmbled for over 20 years and used many gambling sites, stay away from this one!

I struggled to get my money from Casino for more than 2 weeks and looked everywhere where i can ask help or advice and heard casinomeister.I explained everything about my situation and they solved my situation within 2 days and things got chill.I am really thankful for this website and they are the best.

Great costumer service and great games

Listen, I’ve been around the online casino block, and let me tell you—Joo Casino is like that one friend who always has snacks, a great party playlist, and somehow convinces you to stay out past your bedtime. The games? Top-tier. The bonuses? So juicy, I briefly considered proposing. And if you’re a VIP, they treat you like royalty—free spins, bonus cash, and the kind of treatment that makes you feel like a high roller, even when you’re just trying to turn $10 into a mansion. Now, full disclosure: I almost cashed out. Almost. But the verification process had a little hiccup, and while waiting, I may have gotten a little too comfortable spinning “just one more time.” But hey, that’s the cost of doing business, right? Pro tip: Patience is a virtue, but self-control is a myth—especially when those bonuses keep coming!Customer service? Absolute gems. They don’t judge your “sooo… what happens if I deposit just $5 more?” moments. They’re kind, helpful, and low-key enablers (in the best way).Secret to winning? Play when you should be sleeping—lady luck loves a sleep-deprived gambler. Or maybe that’s just me.Final verdict: 10/10, would risk my lunch money again.

I've been having a great time with their bonus buys, but some games can be a bit more volatile than I expected.
