They told me my redemption would be 14 business days, I put my redemption in on July 15th and it’s now been 25 business days and I still haven’t received it! I don’t recommend buying in on here since you don’t know when you’ll ever get your money! I have reached out to support 5+ times and they just keep saying I’ll get my money but don’t know when . Also they keep telling me in 24-48 hours an account manager will reach out to me via email, which since August 4th has never happened Will update if and when I receive my redemptionUpdate after about 45 total days of waiting I have received my redemption! I will be continuing to use this platform going forward!

I had no idea about poker hands or any of that stuff until this site had plainly shown me all I needed to know. A very easy to use site - I love it!

Fun platform however trying to load your $5 free bonus every week is a bit of a hassle

This is my No.1 online casino for many reasons, but the main reason is, why we all play, is the winnings I've done well playing on High Five more than a few times. IMO their RTP is up there at the top, above the other casinos. They have an very impressive portfolio of games especially their own exclusive ones. I've had to contact customer service a couple times over minor issues and they were very quick to get back with me with a solution to my problem. Customer service is top notch compared to most other online casinos. I'd recommend High Five to anyone that wants to play and win without the worry of "are they going to pay me?"after winning.

Aweome customer support the is polite and helpful. Games have good graphics, fun and with a high probability of winning.
