Overall good site ..they could be a little more clear about the terms when your redeeming a coupon but other than that theyre great. Way better at cust9mer service (i always use chat) quick and very helpful.****update: was not expecting a response to my review, but muchly appreciated that they did response. It reinforces what i had said in my intial review about customer service of high priorty for this business. Change 4 star rating to 5 star rating

Professional Rakeback is the real deal. I recommend it to anyone that is looking for a new poker site, or anyone looking for information on the current landscape of online poker. Whether it's cashout reports, traffic reports, or site reviews they have you covered. Not to mention they will set you up with rakeback and bonus offers for the site of your choosing. They also give you information on which sites to avoid, which I haven't known any other rakeback affiliate to do. The customer service is really top notch. I am a microstakes player, and I feel like I get high stakes treatment. There is no issue too big or small for them to assist you with. I have even gotten help in regards to bitcoin. This is not their responsibility to help me in that respect, and I was helped anyways. Try Professional Rakeback yourself, and you will see that everything I've said here is true.
