I completed the bonus wagering requirements at JoCasino and the system confirmed it by converting my bonus into real money (€125). I then requested a withdrawal – but it was rejected.Support claimed I “violated the terms” because I used the Bonus Buy feature. However, this rule is not mentioned clearly in their terms and conditions. I never bet more than €0.10 per spin – Bonus Buy just triggers a feature, it doesn’t change the stake. The system allowed it, no warning was shown, and the bonus was marked as completed. When I asked for clarification, the support agent just repeated “Bonus Buy is a bet” and refused to point out where this is stated in the rules. No transparency, no fairness, no real help.I feel misled and disappointed. I’ve already filed complaints with licensing authorities and consumer protection platforms.

They pay out quickly.

If your hunting for an online casino that can tick all the boxes, I can honestly say don't look past giving Jackbit Casino go, I did and it quickly became my go-too and has been ever since. Something for everyone, with access to a huge variety of slots, live games and sports betting. Combine that with the great support they have on call, and of course a special shout-out to the legendary VIP managers always looking after the regulars, and you too might wonder why you ever went anywhere else..I vouch for their trustworthiness, and can say from my experience, withdrawals are processed quite quickly.Give it a shot and im sure you will come to agree.
