Took crypto payments in minutes. Refused my £1000 payout on grounds that it could not verify my KYC as the images were not clear enough. They were high digital images of the required passport, proof of address, payment method and holding the passport myself. These were sent via email as the files were allegedly too big to upload. I contacted the live chat several times and was blatantly ignored. It took them 3 days to say my high definition photographs were not enough. A blatant lie. I informed them I would negatively review this on Trustpilot and they failed to answer or give any justification to their non payment. Pure con of a site.

I have experienced great customer support and quick payouts with this casino. Oftentimes they even get the payout to you in the same day! Definitely one of my go to casinos and will continue! Give them a try.

I love playing at Lucky Red. The customer service is the best. The only thing I can think of is faster payout. They do have fast payouts compared to others. So no complaints from me. Also payouts are when they say they will be. They don’t just lie to you. If they say it’s a certain time you can bet it will be on time. Thank You Lucky Red for fun and honesty.

Without your funds for an unacceptable time period.Aware KYC is needed but this is the slowest I have ever seen. 10 days from requesting withdrawal to “maybe” receiving it is not good. Avoid.
