Excellent casino site! Big wins, quick payouts, fun games, and friendly support!

This is my No.1 online casino for many reasons, but the main reason is, why we all play, is the winnings I've done well playing on High Five more than a few times. IMO their RTP is up there at the top, above the other casinos. They have an very impressive portfolio of games especially their own exclusive ones. I've had to contact customer service a couple times over minor issues and they were very quick to get back with me with a solution to my problem. Customer service is top notch compared to most other online casinos. I'd recommend High Five to anyone that wants to play and win without the worry of "are they going to pay me?"after winning.

Just a warning for anyone thinking of using this site. Last year I deposited €100 and ended up winning €25,000. I waited for 2 days while my account got verified. 2 days later I checked my account to find my balance was empty. I contacted the live chat numerous times but they told me each time that another department was handling it. They said that the money id won was void because in their terms and conditions I couldn’t place a bet larger than €1. I was buying bonuses to get that money so if their terms are conditions are like that then how am I able to buy a bonus or make a stake larger than €1. Anyway I’d stay away completely.

I can't comprehend those few negative Comments to be honest. I made €750,00 Deposits in Total an won €2000,00 yesterday. I paid with Skrill and got my first €500,00 today (after 24 Hours). I needed no Verification and the Support is friendly and fast as well. The Limit is ok and they are way more competent compared to a Lot of other Casinos. I will stay here if this Behavior and Speed continues.
