The customer support team is responsive, which is a huge plus when technical issues arise. I encountered a bug where the game freezes upon loading the next round, which is quite disappointing. There are times when I wish the app would consume less data when played over mobile networks. The game mechanics are solid, but I think some features could use improvement for a more polished experience.

The timer feature is well-implemented, keeping the game pace brisk. However, sometimes it feels a tad too short for strategizing moves, especially in intense moments.
