I do like casino guru and think it’s a good platform. The complaint process is extremely long and slow. My complaints keep getting rejected for the completely wrong reason not even linked to the complaint and it takes over a week for a response from casino guru.

lucky red is a cool online casino. I like the layout. It’s easy to navigate. I just wish I hit more jackpots on lucky red. One other thing, is lower the playthrough amount on the coupons to be able to cash out. Over all it’s been a good experience. I have cashed out on this site.

I have playing with the site for a short time, and deposited about a dozen times. I ended up racking up 4K+ in winnings, all while following the directions and rules. When I decided to stop and cash out, I asked customer service how to, the fastest way, and if I was able to redeem. They said yes, and up until that point, great customer service. I log in a few hours later, and suddenly I cannot login because my it’s was unavailable in my region. I’m in Texas, where it is ok to play. I am fully verified to redeem as well. I’m waiting for the manager to reach back out to me to tell me how regain access. They had no issue with taking my money to purchase gold coins, but now there seems to be an issue with the legitimacy of the site and that it actually pays. Will update or re review after the manager gets in contact with met which was promised for today (11/24/25).

Very good casino with a friendly vibe. Just make the bonuses bigger, and I'll come back for more.

Lots of games and enjoyable
