I completed the bonus wagering requirements at JoCasino and the system confirmed it by converting my bonus into real money (€125). I then requested a withdrawal – but it was rejected.Support claimed I “violated the terms” because I used the Bonus Buy feature. However, this rule is not mentioned clearly in their terms and conditions. I never bet more than €0.10 per spin – Bonus Buy just triggers a feature, it doesn’t change the stake. The system allowed it, no warning was shown, and the bonus was marked as completed. When I asked for clarification, the support agent just repeated “Bonus Buy is a bet” and refused to point out where this is stated in the rules. No transparency, no fairness, no real help.I feel misled and disappointed. I’ve already filed complaints with licensing authorities and consumer protection platforms.

Top casino, top slots, top service. 5 star.

Sports slots in the casino give a feeling of involvement to those who can’t practice sports physically. Many of them also pay tribute to athletes of the past and present.

I enjoy this online casino. With a great choice of games to keep me entertained I never get bored. The customer service has also been fantastic. Keep up the good work guys Hanna (hwhzgzzggzgz)
