I have suffer a lot of bs for many casinos but this one gets in my personal Guinness Book of Major BS book. You know what they are doing, you don't need me to tell you. You jave heard it all before. It's definitely gone way past its time that we started "independently" seperate from thierb "independently" reviewing and investigating these criminals.

Lunaland is one of my favorite social casinos, they offer great bonuses and their customer support is top notch.

i used to love bitplay. but last night i sent my deposit and they never put it on my game. i have spent at least an hour talking to live chat support, who has made it abundantly clear that they do not care to help me. i have emailed support and attached my ltc receipt and transaction hash to prove payment. they haven't bothered replying. live support has blocked me, although i was not offensive or belligerent. i tried to call and i get a recording saying the line is currently busy. at this point, i have no other choice than to believe that they have stolen my money. and all the while, i am being treated as though i am the one who has done something wrong. UNACCEPTABLE!
