I was getting the run around and then total shut out by a casino that didn't want to pay me what I won. I tried for almost 2 months on my own. I contacted Casino Guru on March 7, 2025, sent them all the proofs and information they asked for and in a little over a week of them stepping in my winnings were in my bank account. (3/15/25)My advice is to keep good records and definitely don't hesitate to ask them for help. This is a free service too.

This app is fake I have deposited Rs.10800 which I have not received yet in the account It has been 4 days and the money has not arrived yet

So basically. I played with the free chip that they give you as a new comer. And I went through all of it and still had to left over a $50.I added dodge coin just $10 and when I tried to pull out my earnings. They told me that they would not put any of my dodge dogecoin on my account until i went through the money that was on there already. But they still took the money from my bank. So so I decided to go through the money that I had on there from the free chip. And I was able to get the $10 in Dogecoin on to my account. My account was verified already. And I had around fifty one dollars and i saw that you can only make withdrawals if light coin bit coin. Or ethereum.... I gave them my light coin address in. They told me that it was not valid. I ended up just going through the money from being impatient and when I tried contacting support and asked them how come I wasn't able to get my earnings? They said my account was below 50 so.I couldn't withdraw at that time. But I was not asking for it at that time. I had expressed that it was when I did have over fifty but they would not answer me.I really like their games that they have on there. And I wanna put in more money into the account. I'm just scared that if I do, they're gonna give me another excuse. As to why it is that I can't withdraw my earnings. My account information is username:miegame in my name is Rebecca

I have to say the platform itself is nice. But I couldn’t get any of my winning money out, as the requirements of fullfilling the possibility to get my money out, changed untill they ran me tired. Can’t recommend this to anyone, Unless you want to loose money, and just have fun!

Rebecca is the best.. sweet kind friendly en so so helpful.. I appreciate her
