Overall good site ..they could be a little more clear about the terms when your redeeming a coupon but other than that theyre great. Way better at cust9mer service (i always use chat) quick and very helpful.****update: was not expecting a response to my review, but muchly appreciated that they did response. It reinforces what i had said in my intial review about customer service of high priorty for this business. Change 4 star rating to 5 star rating

Absolutely the best

Still waiting since 09/02 hopefully my redemption time is coming soon

Well, it started off cute and sweet. Until I won at that point, it became extremely hard to acquire an agent to speak with, and they are choosing to take a full seven days to even verify my account and refuse to provide any updates. Any logical responses. They give the usual stalling tactics such as will notify you by email when a decision has been made or an update is available for your account complete and utter shenanigans as usual as they’ve become known to behave. I really really really enjoyed the online gaming casino community in the beginning but as of lately they become really shady, very stingy it’s become damn near impossible to win, and when you do the black volume and take away all of your sentences and all of your coupons and all of your journey and all of your statuses and everything until you basically deposit what you want from their site Phone at its finest, but yeah, they’re refusing to verify my account in order to enable withdrawal and it’s becoming a headache at this point and I’ll probably never gamble here ever again and I suggest you don’t either!

Super casino experience, with tons of fun games and good customer support. Recommend.
