Customer service is top notch!!! Very fast and efficient and always professional.. Website is bar none the best one... Multiple games you can play, quick withdrawal/deposit function and easy to nativigate

I love to play with this place I do not like how long it takes to load

Disgusting customer service quick enough to take your money but don’t pay out winnings, make you jump through hoops sending all sorts of ID and every thing gets rejected I won 3 grand fair and square and they use delay tactics still won’t let me withdraw, numerous complaints sent takes days for a reply, I have spoke with the UKGC about it and this particular site is well known for not wanting to pay out!!! Stay well clear of them

Took crypto payments in minutes. Refused my £1000 payout on grounds that it could not verify my KYC as the images were not clear enough. They were high digital images of the required passport, proof of address, payment method and holding the passport myself. These were sent via email as the files were allegedly too big to upload. I contacted the live chat several times and was blatantly ignored. It took them 3 days to say my high definition photographs were not enough. A blatant lie. I informed them I would negatively review this on Trustpilot and they failed to answer or give any justification to their non payment. Pure con of a site.

I love how fast the payouts are truly one of the better money making gaming apps out their.
