The gameplay has always been for the utmost part. Very smooth and functional. The platform is simple to navigate and the customer support has always seemed to be thorough and Swift and professional with their services.

I enjoy the casino. One thing that could make the experience better is not taking the spins out of the balance of the bonus. In other words why say you are giving free spins when the amount is taken out of the bonus you are giving. I understand that it is all a given bonus but it is confusing and a bit misleading. Why not just give a lower bonus percentage and add free spins without taking it out of the awarded bonus. Also, why can't I add funds with a bonus until a previous bonus is played through. In other words, why can't I run 2 bonuses concurrently?By the way customer support is great!

I attempted to place a wager for around $3,500, the system told me it was rejected, I logged in later and see that it actually did go through. Now, support is being unresponsive after refusing to help, do not trust any real money here, I even offered to get half the risk back as a freeplay, they will not work with you in any circumstances. Every negative 1 star review they have they just saying the same copy and paste response

I won a great deal of money from a casino and I just could not get paid. Max of Casinomeister contacted them and eventually got them to start making regular payments. I was shocked as to how quickly I was paid. I could not be happier with the result. Thank you Max for what you did and thank you GourdFollower for following my progress. BTW additionally I recommend that everyone check out their website for all their wonderful content and forums.

They make everything extremely easy. They have the best customer service and the agents answer almost immediately. I never have any issues cashing out. Excellent site.
